Python Developer (x|f|m) - Hybrid

We are looking for a Python Developer (x|f|m) for our IT Software Development & Innovations department.

In this pivotal role, you will enhance applications, develop backend systems, and integrate cutting-edge GenAI technologies into our applications.
This full-time role is located in our Madrid office.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python and API frameworks like FastAPI

• Integrate and utilize innovative technologies, including generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, PydanticAI, etc., into both existing and new applications to stay ahead of the technological curve

• Implement containerized software solutions to streamline our development and deployment processes

• Collaborate in an agile product team with developers and product owners to refine and implement solutions, taking ownership of the service provided

• Implement and maintain automated tests to enable continuous delivery

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and improve application features

• Participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions to maintain high coding standards and best practices

• Stay at the forefront of generative AI technologies, particularly LLM advancements, and bring cutting-edge solutions

What will convince us

• Several  years of professional experience in Python development with a strong portfolio of completed projects is required

• Strong proficiency with APIs, including integrating, providing, and consuming, is expected

• Understanding and practicing Agile Software Development, with an open mindset for ideation, MVPs, and POCs, as well as driving solutions that bring value to users, is important.

• Experience with Azure or similar cloud environments and their AI resources, including retrieval systems, vector databases, and Generative AI evaluation frameworks, is beneficial.

• Experience in developing LLM use cases such as conversational agents, document summarization, content generation, and more, and deploying LLM models in production to meet specific client needs is advantageous.

• Collaboration and alignment with your team to identify and implement the best solutions are valued

• A passion for constant learning in the industry of generative AI and agents is appreciated

• A results-oriented approach with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences is crucial

• Fluency in English round off your profile
