Data is central to decision-making at Fi. Our Analytics team collaborates closely with partners across Product, Business, Finance, Marketing, and Tech, to shape strategic decisions. We take this truth-seeking endeavor seriously, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to (1) create clarity and visibility, (2) craft compelling narratives, and (3) guide impactful product and company building. We continuously build problem-solving frameworks and capabilities, ensuring our analysts work in a rich ecosystem of tools and data products.
We are looking for:As an Analytics Manager, you will be a key individual contributor, driving complex analytical initiatives and elevating our data capabilities. While this role is largely hands-on, you will also provide guidance and mentorship, influencing analytical best practices within the team.Strategic First-Principles Thinking: Ability to apply deep analytical rigor to complex, ambiguous business problems, reasoning from the ground up using qualitative and quantitative findings, identifying knowns, unknowns, and assumptions, and forming an independent, data-backed view that influences strategic direction.Passion for Data and Statistics: A profound love for understanding underlying patterns, interpreting metrics, and translating trends into compelling insights that capture the intricate story of a user, product, experiment, and overall business KPIs.Influential Communication and Storytelling: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex analytical findings, connect the dots across disparate data points, and craft powerful, clear narratives that effectively communicate insights and guide strategic decisions for diverse stakeholders from various teams and backgrounds.Advanced Personal Effectiveness & Initiative: Proven ability to proactively identify critical analytical problems, self-manage complex priorities across multiple projects, champion your perspective with data, strategically ask for support when needed, and consistently deliver high-quality, reliable results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Expert Understanding of Data Models: Deep expertise in designing, constructing, and optimizing robust data models that capture critical intelligence on business, product, and user behavior, enabling scalable and high-impact subsequent analyses.Proficiency with Python, SQL, gSheets: Advanced ability to independently answer intricate business questions via complex exploratory data analysis, rapid number crunching, statistical modeling, and building sophisticated analytical solutions.AI Fluency & Innovation: Strong interest and practical understanding of AI, machine learning, and modern data tools, with an eagerness to re-think and optimize analytics workflows, identify new opportunities for data products, and drive innovation within the function.Mentorship & Analytical Leadership (Individual Contributor focus): Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, share best practices, and elevate the analytical capabilities of junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning, even without direct reporting lines.
Must haves:-At least 6 years of experience in an analytics role-Strong proficiency with SQL, Python
This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
