Junior Master Data Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

As the Buying Team we take care of the purchasing of all products and the regular expansion of the ABOUT YOU brand portfolio. We are always on the lookout for exciting, new and timeless fashion and lifestyle trends from all over the world. For this purpose we define seasonal assortment strategies and create seasonal and financial plans. All purchasing budgets are managed by ourselves and the analysis and evaluation of KPIs is also one of our tasks. A good relationship with our suppliers is important to us, so we take care of good relations and contact with our partners.

As a Junior Master Data Manager (m/f/d) you manage terms and conditions to support active profitability steering.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate and consistent master data related to suppliers, contracts, and conditions
• Master Data Governance: Enforce data governance policies and support improving workflows to meet data quality standards
• Issue Resolution: Resolve data discrepancies and risks promptly, ensuring minimal business disruption in collaboration with depending teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with buying units and data & controlling team among others to address master data needs and align processes with organizational goals.
• Monitoring & Tracking: Ensure timely feedback and processing of negotiation results into contracts and master data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or a related field
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Dynamics 365 F&O) and data management tools
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).
• Strong affinity for accuracy and self-organized style of working.
• Experience using Office tools (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace) is required and basic understanding of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) an advantage
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
