Join our dynamic Global Services team as a Global Data Visualization Analyst, where you'll lead the charge in transforming complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization, collaborating across departments to drive performance improvements and support strategic decision-making. You'll work with cutting-edge tools like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax, and play a key role in digital transformation initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Act as a subject matter expert in Power BI, data visualization, and dashboard development for the Global Services team.
- Utilize Microsoft Power BI, Every Angle, and advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Models) to consolidate and visualize data from multiple sources.
- Research and apply industry best practices, benchmarks, and tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to leverage SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax configurations in support of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Develop and maintain analytics that support the identification, prioritization, and justification of performance improvement initiatives for the Veda Solutions portfolio, acting as a liaison among Global Services, Commercial Excellence, Sales, and IT.
- Provide consultative support for business-led technology initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to existing systems, accounting practices, and reporting methods.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decision-making.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or Business Administration (with Field Service, Customer Service Operations or Analytics concentration).
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in business analytics, including 1–2 years supporting Commercial or Customer Service operations.
Skills
- Experience building data pipelines to connect various systems to Power BI.
- DAX and M code experience.
- Experience testing and validating reports.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Data Modeling.
- Knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling techniques.
- Skilled in data storytelling and visualization to uncover insights and drive action.
- Familiarity with data warehouse, data lake, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong leadership presence.
- Working knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Server is a plus.
LOCATION
Lakewood, Colorado - Onsite (hybrid) or Remote position.

Target Pay Range: $71,500.00 to $89,400.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
