  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data models and data marts to support business intelligence, reporting, and machine learning.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through automated validation, auditing, and monitoring processes.
  • Maintain and improve the data warehouse or enterprise analytics and reporting data warehouse infrastructure to optimize storage and compute efficiency.
  • Support data integration projects involving clients, carriers, vendors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Monitor and tune performance of data pipelines and proactively troubleshoot issues in data flow or system architecture.
  • Write Python, and SQL programs to access, clean, and transform required data prior to analysis and reporting.
  • Consult and collaborate with Product, Reporting, Analytics, and Account Management team members to ensure appropriate data is analyzed. The results are provided in a format consistent with standard and customized client reporting services.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis using various tools and techniques, including advanced data management tools.
  • Work with departmental processes, projects, and programs using Smartsheet, MS, and Atlassian toolsets to keep projects and milestones on schedule, our collaborative and internal work organized as well as externally facing documentation comprehensive, updated, and accessible
  • Develop automation solutions for operational workflows and reporting.

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
