- Support SLMT Digital Transformation goals through proposing improvements in culture, ways of working, value, cost, process, data, technology, and functionality, contributing to the development of long-term digital capabilities within SLMT
- When delivering with/through IDT, assist in shaping the problem and supporting the project through to completion/operate phase
- Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including data and supportability considerations, ensuring traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, through testing and scope changes, to final solution.
- Assist in translating business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options. Identify and articulate benefits to justify solution value and establish approval, funding, and prioritization. Support Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed parameters of cost, time, and quality.
- Participate in stakeholder management activities, including preparation and facilitation of design sessions.
- Assist in the assessment and modeling of processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keep updated to align with the solution over the project lifecycle
- Required: Experience working with common off-the-shelf Shell.diy packages and/or ETRMs such as Endur, MS Power platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Apps), Salesforce, Qlik Sense. Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one of these areas.
- Required: Experience in converging business requirements and system capabilities alongside customer-centric thinking, with the ability to describe a ‘Design thinking’ approach.
- Required: Experience in data analysis and modeling, manipulating large data sets in common tools such as Excel (or Tableau/Alteryx)
