AI Solutions Architect

Position Summary:

In the position of AI Solutions Architect, you will shape the full life-cycle of AI (artificial intelligence) from ideation and vendor scouting to solution prototyping, policy enforcement, and executive storytelling. Design, develop and implement AI applications and solutions as per the needs of the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

• Build Artificial Intelligence (AI) business solutions by establishing the prototype and iterating Machine Learning (ML)/Large Language Models (LLMs) features using appropriate programming languages and modern frameworks on Microsoft Azure/SQL or Fabric; partner with development teams to transition proof-of-concepts into production.
• Research and scouting by tracking macro-trends (i.e. AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), emerging LLMs), evaluating vendor capabilities (e.g., ClickUp, Salesforce Agent Force), and recommending fit-for-purpose tools.
• Governance shepherding by documenting project intents, risks, and mitigations; guide initiatives through the AI Steering Committee; expand and enforce evolving AI Policy.
• Provide material for a periodic newsletter, draft executive briefings, and deliver brown-bag sessions to upskill technical and non-technical staff.
• Manage metrics and reporting by designing and maintaining dashboards to track adoption, model performance, and policy compliance.
• Own the AI onboarding and approval workflow end-to-end, ensuring clear hand-offs and comprehensive documentation.
• Write code, review governance documents, and presenting trends to senior leadership. Document the architecture
  and design of AI solutions for future reference and maintenance

Position Requirements:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in modern AI programming languages
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Cloud & Architecture
• Computer Skills Desired: Familiarity with C#, and React desirable. AI/ML Tooling — Awareness of LangChain, CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture), and popular LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet 3.5, Gemini 2.5, Llama 3).
  
  

Base Salary Range:  $108,750 - $145,000
