The Role | Business Operations Analyst

The ideal candidate has a finance background with banking experience and is looking for early stage experience supporting strategic planning and special projects with the founders.

You Will Contribute By

• Owning and maintaining the company’s burn forecast model to support financial planning and runway visibility.

• Developing materials for board meetings, outside presentations, and independently research and analyze associated issues and compile materials needed for presentation and decision-making purposes.

• Leading special projects and handling ad hoc incoming requests.

• Providing leverage to the CEO by working on strategic projects that are mission critical to the business.

Your Background Includes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience through internships, co-op programs, or early-career roles in operations, strategy, partner management, or financial services.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.

• Comfort working with data—proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required; familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.

• Interest in the intersection of finance and technology, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Demonstrated initiative and ownership—examples of leadership in academic, extracurricular, or internship settings are highly valued.
