Sr. AI Product Owner

The Sr. AI Product Owner will play a pivotal role in Heineken's Global GenAI Lab in Singapore, driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of AI products that deliver tangible business value across the organization. This role will be responsible for defining product vision, managing stakeholder expectations, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to build and deploy impactful AI solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor other product owners, establish product management maturity across the lab, and serve as a driving force for AI adoption throughout Heineken.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Experience:

• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years working with AI/ML technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, technology-driven products in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable experience managing and developing teams, with distinctive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Background in driving digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple business functions

Skills:

• Strong product management skills including roadmaps, backlog management, and release planning.
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and experience applying them in enterprise settings
• Superior stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
