WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Leasing and Property Data Specialist to join our team.

The Leasing and Property Data Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording, management, and analysis of lease-related data in Yardi and its associated modules (e.g., Deal Manager, Voyager, Forecast Manager).

The role supports the Lease Administration Support, System Integration & Reporting, Cross-Department Coordination, and Service Charge Reconciliation Support across the entire P3 portfolio.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  •  Lease Administration Support

- Review and validate lease data in Yardi before lease activation, coordinating with local teams for completeness and accuracy
- Assist with setting indexation parameters in coordination with local and finance teams
- Support the creation of new properties and units in Yardi

  • System Integration & Reporting

- Ensure consistent coordination across Yardi tools (Deal Manager, Voyager, Forecast Manager)
- Support corporate AM/PM reporting in Tableau related to lease contracts
- Validate data entries from PM teams for compliance with company guidelines

  • Cross-Department Coordination

- Guide and support local teams in data collection and system usage
- Help implement lease administration measures based on internal audit findings
- Coordinate with Treasury and Finance for planning and asset-related lease data needs

  • Service Charge Reconciliation Support

- Configure Yardi for SC reconciliation across all countries
- Monitor consistency via exception reports and Tableau dashboards
- Provide ad hoc system support and manage reporting distribution

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Strong analytical and systematic approach to data management
  • Experience with lease data entry systems (proficiency in Yardi is a strong advantage but not essential)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data quality
  • Ability to interpret lease agreements, experience in logistics or warehouse environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with billing and reconciliation systems is highly desirable
  • Capability to coordinate actions across a multinational portfolio
  • Comfortable guiding local teams in the use of IT tools and systems
  • Proficiency in Czech or Slovak language
  • Proficiency in English language
