Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior AIOps Engineer to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance the efficiency and resilience of our mission critical systems. This role involves architecting scalable AI platforms, deploying machine learning models for predictive analytics, and integrating observability tools to proactively manage system performance and availability.

Job Description and Requirements

Key responsibilities: 

  • AI/ML Integration: Design and implement AI/ML algorithms to automate and optimize IT operations, including anomaly detection, event correlation, and predictive analytics. 

  • Observability Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) with AIOps platforms, enabling real-time monitoring and proactive incident management. 

  • Automation Development: Develop and deploy automation scripts and workflows using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline operational tasks. 

  • Incident Management: Utilize AI-driven insights to improve incident detection, root cause analysis, and resolution times, enhancing overall system reliability. 

  • Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of operational data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement in IT service delivery. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Observability, SRE, and product teams to align AIOps initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless integration across platforms. 

  • Cross-Team Integration: Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to align on AI/ML strategies, share insights, and support larger organizational machine learning initiatives. 

  • MLOps Collaboration: Stay up to date with existing MLOps initiatives, and effectively communicate developments within the team to support the operationalization of AI models. 

  • Prototyping: Research and prototype AI/ML-powered solutions aimed at improving operational excellence across systems and processes. 
     

Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 

  • 4+ years in software engineering or DevOps roles, with at least 2 years focused on AIOps or related AI/ML applications in IT operations. 

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working in machine learning roles, particularly within large-scale data environments. 

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java or C#. 

  • Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana stack. 

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale cloud-native systems and major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. 

  • Experience with automation tools and infrastructure-as-code practices. 

  • Experience in SRE domain, particularly in applying reliability engineering principles and integrating operational insights with AI-driven systems. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. 
     

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience with AIOps platforms such as Moogsoft, BigPanda, or Keep. 

  • Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps) practices and tools. 

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

181 000 and 271 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
