Data & Analytics Specialist - D&T

Key Responsibilities:
Execute, maintain, and optimize Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud reporting, ranging from basic dashboards to advanced analyses across various functions.
Produce ad-hoc, localized reports to support data-driven decision-making for local stakeholders.Collaborate closely with the AME Data & Analytics Hubs and DBB Integrated Reporting teams to support regional and global BI and advanced analytics initiatives.
Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and broaden business support capabilities.Continuously test, refine, and improve existing reports and analytical use cases by integrating new features based on evolving business requirements.
Lead and manage projects focused on data foundations, reporting enhancements, advanced analytics, and process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
University degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Science.1–3 years of experience in Business Analyst or Data Analyst roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong expertise in Excel, including advanced functions (PivotTables, Power Query) & SQL.Experienced Power BI user, or significant experience with other data visualization platforms.
Good knowledge of Python is a plus.Strong project management skills with a high level of accountability.Demonstrated leadership presence and initiative.
Agility in data processing and handling large datasets.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
Strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
