We are offering a paid internship to digitally fluent individuals who are curious, creative, and motivated by the intersection of heritage and innovation. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a modern British brand grounded in values and inspired by the future.

Strategic Objectives

As part of our broader transformation, this programme is aligned to key strategic priorities:

• Initiate an AI-led evolution across the business
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in product, supply chain, sustainability, and service
• Prototype new experiences for a discerning global customer — digital, in-person, and hybrid
• Activate sponsorship and community platforms in line with our long-term impact vision
• Enhance internal agility, embedding start-up pace and collaborative decision-making into a heritage-rooted group

The role

This is a hands-on role, offering practical experience and creative influence. Interns will work alongside our brand and innovation teams on projects that may include:

• Crafting personalised shopping journeys using AI
  
• Enriching the digital customer experience with warmth and intelligence
  
• Applying data with subtlety — to serve, not surveil
  
• Translating the calm, sensory character of our physical spaces into digital touchpoints
  
• Exploring emerging tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Shopify AI, Klaviyo) with purpose
  
• Shaping the voice, rhythm, and presence of our brand across platform

Structure

This is a 12-month, full-time programme with a thoughtfully designed format:

• Six successful candidates will rotate through key verticals:
   – Supply Chain
   – Digital Experience
   – Community Engagement
   – Events & Partnerships

• Each intern will be embedded in a central innovation team and deployed on high-impact internal missions
• Sponsored by senior leadership and mentored by subject-matter experts
• The programme will culminate in a capstone review to present outcomes, insights, and recommendations

About you

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Digitally native and instinctively creative
• At ease with both ideas and implementation
• Sensitive to tone, aesthetics, and brand nuance
• At university, recently graduated, or self-taught — we welcome diverse paths
• Ideally, you’ve built or nurtured something online — a community, product, project or brand
