Your expertise

✔️ 8–12 years of hands-on experience in software/data engineering roles with exposure to data platforms.
✔️ Strong expertise in Azure SQL Database Hyperscale—administration, optimization, high availability, backup/restore, scaling.
✔️ Proficiency in Databricks (PySpark, Scala, SQL)—developing notebooks, jobs, cluster management, delta tables.
✔️ Solid SQL programming skills for query tuning, indexing strategies, complex joins, stored procedures.
✔️ Hands-on with DevOps practices for data platforms—CI/CD pipelines for database and Databricks code, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM).
✔️ Experience integrating Databricks with Azure SQL Hyperscale, ADLS Gen2, Event Hubs/Kafka (optional).
✔️ Good understanding of security controls, access management, firewall, private endpoints in Azure SQL & Databricks.
✔️ Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics pipelines for orchestration & Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across data, compute, and networking layers in Azure.
