The Data Management Associate will provide essential support to the Tenant Advisory Group by assisting Brokers in the organization, maintenance, and analysis of real estate data. This role ensures that data is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to support client needs and business decisions.Job Description
About the Role:
- Assist in the collection, validation, and organization of real estate data across multiple platforms and sources
- Maintain up-to-date databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Support reporting and analytics efforts by preparing structured datasets for internal and client use
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of data-driven insights
- Help streamline data workflows and contribute to process improvements for efficiency
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or data management tools; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
