Valeo Service, the aftermarket division of the Valeo Group, operates in 150 countries worldwide. To enhance customer satisfaction, Valeo Service has established a centralized, global, omnichannel Help Center platform to support its aftermarket sales divisions and digital activities. 

We are looking for a Global Help Center Assistant to support the Help Center Project Manager in the development and daily operations.

 Your responsibilities and tasks

1)Rollout Support for New Countries

  • Coordinate with local business units to prepare for integration into the Help Center.

  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of training materials, templates, prompts, UX/UI website inputs, translation tool test etc.. considering the countries specificity and market needs 

  • Organize and support countries key user training sessions 

  • Track planning and follow up on country-specific rollout activities.

  • Assist in preparing the SOP [Standard Operating Procedures] - country or/and process related 

  • Assist in the preparation of communication campaigns for Help Center country launches 

Digital Feature Development & Service Optimization

  • Contribute to the development of new Help Center features, functionalities, tools, and services, including those powered by AI.

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and external technical suppliers to monitor progress and suggest improvements.

Operational Monitoring and Supplier Coordination

  • Participate in daily and weekly follow-up calls with the external Help Center service provider.

  • Analyze KPIs, customer records, and service reports to identify trends and issues.

  • Prepare and propose action plans based on data-driven analysis to ensure continuous improvement and performance optimization.

  • Support the steering committee meeting preparations - analysis, presentation, data gathering 

 About you:
  • Ideally 1–2 years of experience in a support, coordination, customer service or project assistant role, ideally in a global or multicultural environment- will be a plus

  • Strong analytical skills to ensure the understanding of KPIs etc and proceed with analysis, business cases calculations, action plans 

  • Very good interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, internal and external teams across different cultures and time zones. 

  • Quick thinking and creative problem-solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Well-organized, proactive, and resourceful, with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.

  • Comfortable working in remote setup with international stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft 

  • Possibility to travel abroad
