The Analytics Experience team, which is part of the Artificial Intelligence, Data and Advanced Analytics (AIDA) organization, is responsible for the creating a seamless experience for analytics experts to harness the potential of big data, machine learning, and interactive analytics through a unified platform across the enterprise in all Pfizer geographies.
Part of the Analytics Experience team are a group of User Success Engineers who are responsible for onboarding, enabling, and supporting self-sufficient analytical users across the Pfizer business, to ensure seamless user experience in the enterprise analytics platform. This platform will be the digital engine that brings together investments we have made into a unified experience for colleagues that take us to the next level of value creation. It powers next generation insights by developing enterprise-grade data foundations, allowing data to flow horizontally, enabling a versatile analytics environment, and embedding insights into day-to-day work to create a digital, data-driven culture.
What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will be the responsible for understanding end users’ needs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring their success with enterprise analytics platform. You will work closely with platform engineers, and external vendors to address customer issues, gather feedback, and drive platform adoption through improvements. Smooth onboarding, ongoing support and robust change-management is critical to success in this role. As this role require both technical expertise and customer services skills, you will have the ability to develop technical proficiency and get exposure to Pfizer stakeholders.
With supervision, you will:
Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide tailored solutions to meet stakeholders’ needs
Facilitate onboarding and training activities to ensure successful adoption of the enterprise platform
Partner with end-users to provide support and guidance
Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, drive customer satisfaction and increase platform adoption
Contribute to and manage our knowledge base, community forums and community of practice
Monitor and analyze customer usage data to uncover trends and optimization opportunities
Up-skill to and maintain ‘expert’ status in one of our core analytical platforms and emerging technologies
Employ ‘creative disruption’ techniques to ensure continuous improvement and evolution within our methods and practices
Support stakeholders with their use cases and resolve critical issues
Collaborate with support and engineering teams to enhance the overall user experience
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BS in computer science, data science, or a related field
3+ years of work experience
Comfort working with and reading code (SQL, python, R, etc)
Hands-on skills in data engineering, machine learning and/or data visualization
Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and intelligent agents.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies
Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical individuals as needed
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
An advanced degree
2+ years of experience in the field of data and analytics
Experience with big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Spark, or Kubernetes
Strong hands-on skills for data and machine learning pipeline orchestration via Dataiku or similar platform
Strong hands-on skills in Data Visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Spotfire)
Containerization and underlying infrastructure knowledge to support performance and resource optimization
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
