Get to know us better.Provide the business with day-to-day guidance regarding the data systems lifecycle. Provide direction in the life cycle of medium to large data projects. Implement data projects according to the line of business, function, data strategy, and road map. Ensure that data applications are developed in accordance with architecture guidelines and business requirements and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. Ensure code quality standards are adhered to by the team. Prioritize and plan projects and features, engage in stakeholder management, and track external commitments. Develop a team of junior data engineers. Work with data principles and procedures; specialized data technologies and practices; modern data architecture and tools; data platforms in a cloud setting; databases, including SQL, no-SQL, and database systems; data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and aggregation; data lakes, data warehousing, and data mining; and programming and statistical tools.
Salary range: $170,373.00 - $170,373.00.
Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with data principles and procedures; specialized data technologies and practices; modern data architecture and tools; databases, including SQL, and database systems; data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and aggregation; data lakes, data warehousing, and data mining; and programming. Telecommuting is permitted.
