The Opportunity:
As an Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Lead Data Integrity Engineer you will have the opportunity to ensure high availability and dissemination of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support global national security operations among multiple agencies, producers, and combatant commands.
Responsibilities:
• Act as technical expert in systems architecture as it applies to IBS data flow providing 24/7 availability of mission critical information supporting real world and multi-national exercise operations
• Provide guidance for migration of data from National-Tactical producers to Common Message Format (CMF)
• Ensure changes in policies, procedures, and requirements of CMF are communicated to combatant commands and partner nations
• Advise new and existing producers through development of validation/verification-ready CMF and reportable data as part of the broadcast approval process
• Engage in producer outreach to ensure compliance with MIL STD 6018, CMF, and tactical data link standards
• Advise developers on methods to improve bandwidth efficiency within IBS architecture
• Facilitate information sharing between the Global IBS Support Center and Enterprise staff on system configuration management documentation and change processes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Extensive knowledge of MIL STD 6018 requirements and compliance
• Knowledge of the IBS producer broadcast approval process and workflow
• Direct experience in IBS tactical data link architecture, connectivity, and use
• Knowledge of IBS architecture as it applies to bandwidth availability to multiple customer use cases
• Knowledge of IBS Change/Configuration Management requirements and processes
• Direct experience in development tools including Git, Jupyter Notebook, Selenium IDEE, XML and JSON data formats, and HTML5/CSS
• Experience architecting interoperability of multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, and MacOS
• Experience with networking architecture, protocols, and standards; cloud provisioning, and integration of COTS and open-source components
• Experience with schema editors, diagramming tools and automation scripts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired:
MS in computer/data science or related field
CompTIA Security+ CE certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
