Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for an entrepreneurial Product Lead who will thrive in a Data & Technology landscape, which is continuously evolving. It will require a strong leader who is collaborative, self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented. This role will drive the strategic integration and application of DnA capabilities within the company's HR (Human Resources), BD (Business Development), LC (Legal&Compliance), ESG function. The ideal candidate will envision and help realize the value potential through the lens of strategic innovation, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive efficiency and productivity. This role involves working closely with relevant business leaders to understand their challenges and goals, utilizing technology to address key business imperatives, and driving the success of the division's DnA product portfolio.

The primary responsibilities for this include, but are not limited to:

  • Own the lifecycle for DnA initiatives and products in HR, BD, LC, ESG area from concept to successful launch, including adoption and value realization

  • Embrace a culture of continuous learning and discovery to identify unmet needs and value expansion opportunities for the products and capabilities under management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to cultivate opportunities and develop relevant business case(s) for investment and execution

  • Define and effectively communicate voice of customer, vision and roadmap with a keen focus on business value and user experience

  • Define and manage product backlog(s) with prioritized business requirements, articulating a clear and reliable execution roadmap in partnership with cross divisional delivery teams

  • Engage and work with business partners, domain experts, solution architect(s), delivery teams, and extended stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful solutions in compliance with company’s IT and AI policies

  • Identify and promote reuse of modular components and frameworks to reduce implementation time and costs

  • Drive comprehensive strategies involving training, enablement and advocacy for adoption and utilization of products and solutions to ensure value realization

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors to define, monitor and report on OKRs and value metrics

  • Monitor and optimize products’ total cost of ownership (TCO) throughout the lifecycle

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and ensuring the team's talent aligns with our strategic objectives

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of work experience in product management of DnA, AI/ML, RPA, or complex custom software products in an enterprise setting, including strong technical understanding of tools and architecture

  • Demonstrable familiarity in the Data and Analytics space including strong technical understanding of tools and architecture principles, and how these technologies are applied in enterprise use cases

  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in a global & matrixed environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders and team members

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Successful enterprise-scale product / solution development experience, preferably in the Automation and/or AI space

  • Familiarity with at least one area of HR, BD, LC, ESG functions / processes, preferably in Life Sciences or similar regulated industries

  • Familiarity with DnA technologies, tools and frameworks within Microsoft or AWS cloud environments

  • Ability to articulate decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders with varying technical and functional acumen

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and accomplish goals in team settings

  • Experience leading and managing teams, committees, or task forces with the ability to collaborate with and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
