An Overview of this Role
The Senior Marketing Operations Manager (Data & Integrations) is a strategic and hands-on role designed to drive marketing performance through data excellence and system integration within the organization. This role demands a technical and analytical expert who can optimize data flows, manage data quality and enrichment processes, and ensure seamless integration across our marketing technology stack. You'll be responsible for maintaining data integrity, implementing sophisticated data enrichment strategies, and troubleshooting system interconnections while continuously improving our operational efficiency and data-driven marketing capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee strategic and operational initiatives focused on data quality, enrichment, and system integrations to drive performance improvements, continuously enhance the impact of marketing data, and help the company continue along its fast growth trajectory.
- Collaborate across functions to structure data-related problems, conduct analysis, and drive to solutions through a rigorous, data-driven process.
- Create and manage detailed project plans for data initiatives with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies with meticulous attention to detail, track and communicate progress, and proactively identify and address obstacles.
- Solve complex data integration and quality problems with significant business impact while working independently and leveraging manager feedback on critical issues.
- Provide strategic input on marketing technology and data decisions, explaining complex technical concepts and influencing others to adopt different perspectives.
Own and optimize marketing technology stack, including:
- Full administration and strategic management of Marketo, Workato and Iterable & data enrichment platforms (Zoominfo, Cognism)
- Leading & managing data hygiene initiatives including RingLead deduplication management
- Manage UserGems for account intelligence and job changes tracking
- Develop and implement AI-driven marketing technologies and workflows
- Oversee Hightouch management and data activation workflows
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration between marketing tools and other business systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data governance and integration strategies across marketing technology platforms
- Drive continuous improvement of marketing technology performance & data quality through advanced analytics, reporting, and strategic optimization
What You’ll Bring
- Advanced technical proficiency with data enrichment and data hygiene platforms (Zoominfo, Cognism, RingLead)
- Advanced technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Iterable preferred); MCE certification and Marketo development skills (Email & Landing Page) a plus
- Deep understanding of marketing technology integrations, APIs and data management
- SQL knowledge and Snowflake experience a plus
- Experience with Job Changes Tracking Platforms a plus (i.e: UserGems)
- Experience with system integration platforms (Zapier, or similar iPaaS solutions) for connecting marketing tools is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to data accuracy and quality
- Ability to work successfully with little guidance while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational standards
- Strong capacity to model organizational competencies and contribute to high-performing team dynamics
- Proficiency in managing complex marketing technology ecosystems and driving digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent spoken and written English with exemplary communication skills, including ability to concisely present project deliverables and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
