Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead high-impact analytics efforts across behavioral, transactional, and experimental data. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on technical execution — from server-side tracking (In house technologies to Adobe mapping) to forecasting and A/B testing — while mentoring junior analysts and shaping how we measure product success.

About International Product Analytics
Our team sits at the center of data, engineering, and product strategy. We own full-funnel analytics across clickstream, post-transaction, and migration-related data. We architect and implement Adobe Analytics tracking (client and server-side), design experiments, and produce insights that guide high-stakes product decisions. This role plays a critical part in scaling both our analytics capabilities and our team.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with product leadership to define metrics, track performance, and uncover insights
  • Own end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementations, including server-side tagging and code merges
  • Lead A/B test design, execution, and interpretation
  • Support forecasting, post-transaction analytics, and product migration tracking
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics engineering best practices

What you’ll bring

  • Deep experience in product analytics, including Adobe Analytics (server-side) and SQL
  • Hands-on expertise in analytics tracking, code integration, and debugging
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing product strategy
  • Experience mentoring analysts and collaborating across engineering and product teams
