About the Role:

We are in search of a highly proficient Generative AI Engineer who specializes in backend development and has extensive experience in creating LLM pipelines. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, construction, and upkeep of our generative AI infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for developing high-quality algorithms that can generate unique and innovative solutions to complex challenges. They will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our systems are effective, efficient, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain generative AI infrastructure

  • Create and manage LLM pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and model evaluation

  • Optimize generative AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency

  • Integrate generative AI models into existing systems and applications

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of generative AI models

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and data scientists to develop and implement generative AI solutions

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and implement new technologies as appropriate

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development

  • Expertise in machine learning and deep learning

  • Experience in deploying and managing machine learning models

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

It's a Plus if You Have:

  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP)

  • Experience in deploying generative AI models in production environments

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles

The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000. This salary represents the middle to the high end of market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
