More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Applied Machine Learning Engineer in Burlington, Massachusetts with Signify as part of the Signify Research group, a center of excellence on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) innovation for Signify, to drive AI/ML innovations for systems, new IoT propositions, and innovative apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop breakthrough AI-enabled IoT systems and services leveraging connected lighting and apply modern AI techniques in order to create value form the data collected and generated by our install base.
  • Work with other research scientists to develop AI/ML solutions and deliver first-of-a-kind proof-of-concept demonstrators using data coming from IoT devices and connected lighting systems.
  • Create new IoT applications that leverage the ubiquitous connected nodes of lighting in buildings, homes, cities, retail, industrial facilities.
  • Develop cutting-edge algorithms and frameworks for IoT systems.
  • Contribute to and cultivate forming reusable tools for reproducible ML, model deployment and data ingestion.
  • Less than 10% domestic travel required.
  • Local telecommuting permitted.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, or a closely related field and zero (0) years of related experience required.

Salary range: $94,567 to $171,160
