We are seeking a skilled and passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team– work alongside senior analysts, seasoned data engineers, data scientists and actuaries– and shape the future of auto insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ad-hoc research in the insurance domain for various company stakeholders: Business, Product, Engineering, etc.
• Continuous monitoring of business and health KPIs. 
• Work with company stakeholders to design data pipelines and taxonomy. 
• Stay up-to-date with trends in analytic technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst, product manager, or related domain
• Ideally, experience in an insurance company, insurtech or fintech company.
• Proven expertise in business analysis, analytics, and reporting within the insurance or fintech domains.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience BI tools like Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Superset, etc. 
• AI literacy: ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.
• Experience with Python Pandas or other dataframe libraries (Polars, DuckDB,...).
• Experience with Git.
• Work in a global, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
• A “builder’s mentality”- looking to solve new problems every day. 
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• An eye for detail.
