About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Developer (Backend Focused), you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and maintaining scalable backend solutions for high-impact digital transformation initiatives. You will also collaborate on full-stack projects and contribute to modern cloud and DevOps integrations for our enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems utilizing Python (Django) and Go (Golang)
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and occasionally contribute to React-based frontend development
• Architect and implement scalable solutions on AWS and GCP cloud platforms
• Apply DevOps best practices to streamline CI/CD workflows and infrastructure as code
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance and reliability
• Work cross-functionally with project managers, designers, and client stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of relevant development experience, with a strong backend emphasis
• Deep expertise in Python (Django) and Go (Golang)
• Solid understanding of React and willingness to contribute to frontend when needed
• Advanced experience with AWS and GCP cloud platforms
• Strong DevOps experience (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation)
• Proficient in modern software engineering practices (agile methodologies, code versioning/tools, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
