We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Release & Data Specialist to join our Balıkesir Factory team.

Location: Balıkesir

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Quality Assurance Release & Data Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

• SAP Quality Module Super User: To ensure that the quality processes in the SAP system work correctly and uninterruptedly from end to end; to regularly monitor system controls (Health Check), to analyse user needs and to direct development requests.
• Product Release Processes: To follow up the results of analyses for finished products and semi-finished products on PO (Purchase Order) basis, and to carry out release processes through the system. To ensure the correction of missing or incorrect data points by coordinating with the relevant departments when necessary.
• Analysing and Reporting Quality Data: Analysing quality data from production processes, identifying trends and possible deviations; reporting these analyses to management and contributing to decision support processes.
• Customer Complaint Management: To record customer complaints via SAP or related systems, perform root cause analyses and ensure the implementation of sustainable actions. Coordination with relevant units in feedback processes.
• Legal and Corporate Compliance Support: To support the sustainability of quality systems to ensure compliance with Nestlé Quality Standards, NQMS (Nestlé Quality Management System) and legal regulations. To actively contribute to the preparation processes for internal and external audits.
• System Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitoring the effectiveness of quality data entry processes, leading projects to simplify and error-free workflows in SAP quality module.
• Training and User Support: Providing training and continuous support to the quality team and related user groups on the use of SAP quality module, data entry and analysis processes.
• Contribution to Improvement Projects: Supporting data-based improvement projects under Nestlé Continuous Excellence; developing projects in the areas of efficiency, error reduction and process standardisation.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Excellent command of English
• Graduated from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar departments of universities,
• Experienced in SAP QM module and preferably with super user experience,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance processes,
• Competent in data analysis and reporting; MS Excel and preferably Power BI knowledge,
