About the Role:

As a Senior Data Science Manager - GTM Analytics, you’ll be a key contributor in helping Ironclad make faster, smarter, and more strategic go-to-market decisions. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Outcomes, and Professional Services to uncover insights, design scalable data solutions, and shape how we use data to accelerate growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, excels at simplifying complexity, and is passionate about helping business teams command their data and own their outcomes.

We are looking for someone with a consulting or business analytics background who is comfortable working with modern data tools and wants to directly shape company strategy through data. This is a senior-level individual contributor role that reports to the Senior Manager of GTM Data Science & Analytics.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner directly with GTM leaders to scope and deliver high-impact analytical work, using data to inform strategy, optimize execution, and track performance.

• Build spreadsheet-based operating models and business cases to evaluate new go-to-market initiatives, headcount planning, funnel performance, customer segmentation, and more.

• Define and standardize core KPIs that serve as the foundation for data-driven GTM execution.

• Create dashboards and executive reporting in our BI tools that enable business leaders to self-serve and monitor key performance trends.

• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics engineering to ensure the underlying data architecture enables clean, scalable data products & impactful analysis

• Turn complex analysis into compelling narratives and visualizations that drive clarity and action.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or management consulting, ideally supporting GTM teams at a B2B SaaS company or working with those teams as clients.

• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey) preferred.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort navigating large data sets; experience with Looker, dbt, BigQuery, and Python is a plus.

• Exceptional structured problem-solving skills, you approach business questions with a consultant’s mindset and a data-savvy toolkit.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.

• Experience driving measurable impact through data, whether by optimizing processes, informing strategic decisions, or aligning cross-functional teams around shared metrics.

Base Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
