Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain data infrastructure for monitoring UCS Products' service quality.

- Integrate data from various sources for service performance analysis.

- Automate data collection for real-time monitoring and reporting.

- Work closely with the Product Manager to integrate new monitoring tools for improved data analysis.

- Ensure optimization of data pipelines and monitoring systems.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

BE / BTech Computer Science

Experience :

- Min 3-5 years of experience working in Splunk

- Advantage to have working experiences in Azure DevOP, Azure Logic App, Azure Log Analytics, PowerBI

Mandatory/requires Skills :

ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes (Splunk, Azure Log App, PowerBI/Fabric)

- Designing data pipelines that extract raw data, transform it into usable formats, and load it into databases or analytics systems.

Data Literacy and Storytelling

- Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and craft a narrative that drives decision-making.

- Involves understanding KPIs, building dashboards, and explaining the “why” behind the numbers to non-technical stakeholders.

Cloud Platforms (Azure Logic App, Azure Log Analytics)

- Deploying and managing data infrastructure in the cloud.

Data Modeling

- Structuring databases and data warehouses to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and scalability.

Problem-Solving and Debugging

- Diagnosing pipeline failures, optimizing query performance, and ensuring high data reliability.

Collaboration

- Working closely with analysts and product teams to ensure that data needs are met.

Attention to detail:

- Ensuring data is accurate, pipelines are optimized, and processes are reliable

Adaptability:

- Being flexible and open to using new tools or adapting workflows in fast-changing tech environments
