Data Analyst (International)

Are you passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance? Rewardsco is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our high-performing team and shape data strategies across international campaigns in the U.S. and U.K. markets.

Your Duties:

As a key member of our Data Management team, you will:

• Build real-time reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
• Lead analytical design, dialler logic, and segmentation strategies.
• Analyze agent productivity and support coaching with actionable insights.
• Create commercial forecasts and performance reports to influence key decisions.
• Evaluate and manage third-party data sources, ensuring compliance with U.S./U.K. regulations (TCPA, GDPR, CCPA).
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for operational and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2–4 years’ experience as a Data Analyst in BPO, marketing, or sales environment
• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel (Power Query, Pivot); Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus
• Knowledge of U.S./U.K. data markets and compliance requirements
• Background in CRM systems, dialler tools, and lead generation analysis
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Data Science, Analytics, or related fields
