Position Summary The SAP Master Data Analyst is responsible for managing e.l.f.’s data assets and ensuring their quality and usefulness. In addition, the SAP Data Steward will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure data accuracy in downstream systems and root cause source data issues. They will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's data is accurate, current, usable, accessible, safe, and trusted throughout its lifecycle. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data integrations with the PLM Data Analyst to assure timely data set up of Material Master, including Product Attributes, Bill of Materials, and Source Lists
• Load/change material master data in SAP using Precisely Automate (aka Winshuttle) templates, assuring accuracy and adherence to data rules
• Generated and analyze data reports to support audits, business reviews, and compliance efforts
• Manage exception data load processes for Vendor Master Data
• Maintain master data documentation, including the Material Master Data Dictionary and related process documentation with immediate updates as needed.
• Provide master data knowledge for process, integration, and business improvement projects.
• Collecting and triaging data issues and problems, communicating prioritized issues to those who may be impacted.
• Audit data quality in SAP using PowerBI and assure alignment with downstream systems.
