Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our dynamic team as a Product Data Analyst Intern. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing product data to drive insights and support decision-making processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a student passionate about data analysis and cybersecurity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced industry and with a growing market leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize product data from various sources, including internal databases and product telemetry.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user data, and customer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate insights into productized solutions that enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to drive product decision-making.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and cybersecurity to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and a keen interest in leveraging data to solve complex problems.
  • Fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, and writing skills
