As a Data Analytics & Reporting Intern at Signet, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into insights that help the Customer Connection Center (C3) leadership team make smarter decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with team leads, explore new platforms, and contribute to projects that improve how we connect with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) that support operational efficiency and team performance.

• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses, and share your findings through visuals, presentations, and conversations.

• Join project teams to explore software platforms and their data capabilities—learning and adapting as you go.

• Work with data warehouses, IVR systems, and databases to compile data into clear, user-friendly formats.

• Make independent decisions on how to retrieve and analyze data, using your judgment to guide your approach.

• Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all outputs.

• Stay flexible and curious as you adapt to new tools and systems.

• Collaborate with the C3 leadership team to understand business needs and recommend data-driven solutions.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Science, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Expected graduation date of May 2026 preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• A curious, analytical mindset with a customer-first approach.

Work Environment: 

• Remote: open to all candidates regardless of location.

• Part-time internship (20 hours/week) August 2025 - January 2026.

The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
