Purpose Statement
The Supply Chain Analyst will support the development and enhancement of analytical tools and assets that drive operational efficiency and business performance across the Supply Chain. This role focuses on delivering high-impact, data-driven insights through SQL-based analysis and close collaboration with functional stakeholders, while contributing to the design and continuous improvement of dashboard solutions.
Whilst we are happy to consider remote candidates, we have a strong preference for this hire to be based at our WHQ in Buffalo, NY.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
• Develops and maintains SQL-based analytical assets to support supply chain decision-making and performance improvement.
• Partners with functional supply chain teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through data analysis.
• Translates complex data into actionable insights and recommendations; communicates findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Supports the design and enhancement of dashboards by providing data logic, structure, and business requirements to Data Visualization Analysts.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain Planning Managers to prioritize analytical initiatives and track execution of recommendations.
• Participates in cross-functional project teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Works with Enterprise data engineers, data scientists, and network modelers to enhance data pipelines and modeling capabilities.
• Develops training materials and supports end-user understanding of analytical tools and outputs.
• Stays current on trends and technologies in data analytics and supply chain optimization.
• Explores emerging AI technologies and analytical techniques to identify opportunities for automation, predictive modeling, and enhanced decision support within supply chain operations; collaborates with stakeholders to pilot and implement AI-driven solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a data analytics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or process improvement in a supply chain-related function.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (or similar – Python, R, etc.) and experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to synthesize technical data and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$67,462.39 - $91,272.65
