Role Overview:
As part of a rapidly growing data team, we are looking to hire Senior Analytics Engineers to contribute to our dynamic and innovative projects. We are looking for someone who is ready for the challenge, is solutions-oriented, and thinks out of the box.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development:
  • Design, develop, deploy and maintain analytics solutions that allow business teams to make data-driven decisions
  • Evaluate, adopt, integrate and build on analytics tools
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, development and delivery of analytical models and reporting solutions
  • Specialize in different business domains, building deep expertise and anticipating the needs of business verticals
  • Lead and enable business teams to perform self-service analytics
• Continuous learning: Recommend and evaluate technologies to introduce new analytics capabilities
• Observability and Support: Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions

To be successful you will need to have:

• Experience: 5+ year work experience in data and analytics
• Technical proficiency: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for troubleshooting and debugging
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in credit cards, payments, or fintech industries is a plus
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics is highly desirable
