What we do?

Aion Bank is a fully regulated European bank and credit institution, combining Vodeno’s cutting-edge, private blockchain-based platform with its ECB banking license, strong balance sheet, and deep regulatory expertise. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive suite of embedded banking solutions, enabling businesses to seamlessly integrate financial services into their offerings.

As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

At Aion Bank, our biggest strength is our people—a team of highly intelligent, creative, and ambitious professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. We believe in delivering results while fostering a culture of passion and collaboration.

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst / Attribution Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

The Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Attribution Specialist to join our growing marketing department. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex marketing data to provide actionable insights. Your primary focus will be on connecting disparate data sources, building robust attribution models, and creating comprehensive reports that clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives and their impact on sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust data models that integrate marketing data from various sources, including those provided by our media house, media tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adjust, Facebook Ads, etc.), external partners, and internal sales and customer data.

  • Build, implement, and refine marketing attribution models to accurately measure the contribution of different marketing channels and touchpoints to customer acquisition and sales.

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to visualize key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights.

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains across all channels.

  • Proactively identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across all marketing data sets.

  • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing, social media, content, and sales teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.

  • Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools, methodologies, and industry best practices in marketing attribution.

Skills you should have

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Attribution Specialist, preferably within the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI. Experience with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Strong expertise in connecting and integrating data from various marketing platforms, media house reports, and external partner data sources.

  • Demonstrable ability to "connect the dots" between different data sets, identifying relationships and deriving meaningful insights that drive business impact.

  • Solid understanding of database management and experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Experience with different marketing attribution models (e.g., last-click, first-click, linear, time decay, U-shaped, data-driven).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings clearly and concisely.

  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and implement new technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

We look forward to hearing from you!
