We are currently looking to grow our internal team with a Data Anlytics Specialist for our headquarters in Palmela. ����

About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our internal team and support our data analytics strategy.

This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and optimizing processes, developing ETL pipelines, and creating impactful reports and dashboards using the Qlik platform. The position ensures the effective integration and use of data across the organization to enable data-driven decision making, while providing senior-level expertise and guidance on best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional analysis of business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document detailed business and functional requirements for data reports, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Design, document, and optimize business processes to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Develop customized reports and interactive dashboards using Qlik platform tools (QlikView/Qlik Sense), or others.
• Perform testing of data solutions, including integration and user acceptance testing.
• Provide operational support for the reporting environment, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to continuously improve data solutions and respond to evolving business needs.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and stakeholders when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with QlikView and/or Qlik Sense development.
• Experience in developing and managing ETL processes.
• Experience in designing and documenting business processes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data integration methodologies.
• Experience in working with multiple data sources and integrating them into reporting solutions.
• Experience in leading or advising on data projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
