What You’ll Be Doing

The Data Management Specialist collects data, enters information into a database and ensures that the data collection sources are accurate. The job duties include examining data, putting data points into a database, and using statistical software to create a data model, such as regression analysis.

Min Compensation

USD $18.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

USD $21.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

 

  • Accurately processes customer information and ensures completion within time deadlines 
  • Facilitates system updates as customer or default changes occur 
  • Reviews prepared data to ensure it is accurate and complies with company procedures 
  • Interfaces and coordinates with operations, customer services and account management 
  • Escalates any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Management Manager 
  • Generates maintenance work orders from Sales contracts 
  • Other related duties as assigned  

Qualifications

 

  • Ability to input a large volume of data into the system accurately, meticulous attention to detail and ensures that everything is input in a timely manner 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Sufficient relevant experience working with data entry and customer data management. 
  • IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows (word/excel/ outlook) 
  • Must demonstrate good customer service behaviors 
  • Ability to work and communicate confidently within a diverse environment and with all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to type at least 55+ WPM  

 

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred  
  • 1 – 2 years of related experience required  
  • Previous experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred 

Physical Requirements

  • Continuously able to work in office environment
  • Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery,such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer
  • Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours
  • Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day
  • Occasionally able to lift to 15 lbs.
  • Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking
  • Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling,pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching
