Exploratory Data Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, predict user behavior and optimize key performance metrics (e.g., retention, ROAS).

Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems and anomaly detection.
  • Optimize data-driven strategies through AI/ML applications.

Data Engineering & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation and high-quality model inputs.

A/B Testing & Experimentation

  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of new features.

AI/ML Integration & Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and scalability of machine learning models.

Data-Driven Leadership & Best Practices

  • Act as a thought leader, promoting data-driven decision-making and implementing best practices across the company.

Your profile

Must-Haves

  • 2–5 years of applying data-science methodologies end-to-end in production (not just prototyping)
  • Built and maintained scalable data pipelines using Spark and Databricks for large-scale data ingestion and transformation
  • Deployed at least one machine-learning model (Scikit-learn, PyTorch) into a production API or streaming pipeline
  • Authored complex SQL for analytics and ETL on modern data warehouses
  • Translated sophisticated mathematical and ML concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with advanced experimentation techniques (causal inference, A/B testing, media mix modeling).
  • Experience with deep learning and time series forecasting for business applications.
  • Hands-on experience with ML monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow).
  • Background in AdTech or marketing analytics.
