Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategic transformation from compliance-driven to value-based selling methodology - design change management approach, training curriculum, and measurement framework for this transition
- Design and implement comprehensive sales and customer success enablement strategies aligned with Anaconda's business objectives and growth targets
- Lead and develop a team of 4 enablement professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and enablement content focused on Anaconda's commercial and enterprise solutions
- Develop and execute onboarding programs for new sales and customer success team members
- Integrate AI tools and technologies into all enablement processes - from personalized coaching platforms and conversation intelligence to AI-driven account strategy and content creation
- Create AI-powered sales coaching programs using conversation intelligence and performance analytics to provide real-time feedback and development
- Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer value drivers and competitive positioning requirements
- Partner with product marketing to ensure alignment between product messaging and sales execution
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence programs and battle cards
- Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, including AI-enhanced performance tracking
- Collaborate with sales and product leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs
- Build comprehensive technical competency frameworks and certification programs to elevate product knowledge and technical acumen across all client-facing roles
- Drive the adoption of sales methodologies and best practices across the organization
- Manage and optimize the use of sales enablement tools and technologies
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
What You Need:
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related fields
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales processes and methodologies
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML tech stack
- Proven experience leading sales methodology transformations (particularly transitioning to value/consultative selling)
- Experience implementing AI-powered sales tools (conversation intelligence, predictive analytics, coaching platforms)
- Technical background sufficient to understand and communicate complex AI/ML solutions to both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with data science, machine learning, or technical software products
- Strong understanding of sales technologies and enablement platforms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Superior communication and presentation abilities

What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience in Python, data science, or ML/AI industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master's)
- Experience with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and sales enablement tools
- Previous experience in a high-growth technology company
- Knowledge of open source software business models
- Certification in sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience working in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company

The US base salary range for this role is $180,000-$260,000+ bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
