Job Responsibilities
- Act as extension of VP of Sales Operations in designing and executing sales improvement programs, as well as reviewing and optimizing sales operating model, sales capacity model, and “Go-to-Market” strategy
- Lead and execute data analysis and KPI reporting for all ongoing and future Sales Ops Strategic Initiatives including pipeline management, sales forecasting, segmentation, and territory design
- Ensure successful delivery of initiatives including stepping in to fill any functional gaps across both quantitative and qualitative needs
- Develop and maintain standard sales reporting packages aligned to global sales management system, in partnership with VP of Sales Operations and Chief Commercial Officer
- Establish standard dashboards and executive reporting packages to provide real time data evaluating performance relative to target and prior year across all dimensions of sales activity such as geo, industry, product, etc.
- Partner with BDR team, marketing, and business applications to establish ‘single pane of glass’ view into performance of the BDR team, as well as complete lead flow journey i.e., MQL-SQL-SAL-Close, and provide drill into detail by BDR, region, industry vertical, product, etc.
- Support BAU and ad hoc analyses, reporting, and presentations for Sales Leadership (including the weekly C-Suite meeting)
- Build foundation for and develop predictive analytics functionality with the focus on producing dependable and accurate sales forecast
- Partner with related functions within business applications, finance, product, and marketing teams to ensure we can track, report, and manage to key performance indicators
- Support Sales Enablement Initiatives aimed at increasing front-line Sales team productivity (e.g., virtual selling skills, sales collateral, presentation templates, pricing tools)
- Partner with Sales leadership to create and modify incentive plans and assess their performance in terms of sales productivity and CCOS
Pursuant to New York City's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Statistics, or Finance
- 3-5 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar strategy / analytics / operations roles
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills
- Dependable and results-oriented with the ability to be deep in the details, but articulate the overarching themes and strategies across different audiences
- High level of proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint); bonus points for familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
