Data Operations Analyst

The Role:

• Maintain dataset across multiple platforms (ex: new clients, instruments, valuations, bank accounts and portfolio details) based on procedures and protocols.
• Carry out exception reporting and resolution tracking. Ensuring aged and critical exceptions are resolved within the agreed SLA.
• Develop and maintain robust processes to ensure data is accurate and meets business needs.
• Develop technical expertise and collaboration within the team and across the Investments business.
• Support ad hoc data extractions requests from internal stakeholders.
• Have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and processes.
• Develop competence with internal systems and processes.
• Assist with the documentation of processes.
• Perform data quality control checks, liaising with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as required.

The Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communications is mandatory.
• A keen eye and attention to detail. 
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to monitor and manage multiple tasks often within short timeframes.
• Candidate should be a new graduate with focus in the areas of data management, programming and finance.
• Understanding of Data Management principles on areas of sourcing, cleansing, transformation etc will be advantageous.
