A Supply Chain Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to Supply chain operations to improve efficiency and performance.  In this case this role is involved in Client’s Data Center projects such expansions, retrofits, Ops improvements, technical upgrades, focus on the Supply Chain and Sourcing processes and systems

Role Description

• Gather business requirements, Design and implement reporting and analytics  solutions for supply chain processes, including automation of reporting solutions to streamline supply chain data workflows

• Design and develop metrics and reports around supply chain performance, dashboards and analyses to drive key business decisions, including creation and proposal of new KPIs that better support strategic decision-making

• Work with cross functional stakeholders (internal and external) to understand existing supply chain data and identify the ones to be tracked for driving business outcomes

• Conduct large scale data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights and provide recommendations on metrics to be tracked, including a strong understanding of business operations and business rules to correctly define and achieve the desired metrics

• Work with team to conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvement recommendations

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any closely related technical or analytical field

• Coding experience with SQL and/or BigQuery. Experience with creating pivot tables directly from SQL queries, automating business processes, integrating with APIs, and following best practices for code documentation.

• Report/ Dashboard development experience in Tableau, Data Studio

• Strong analytical skills, Advanced MS Excel, and demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical solutions

• Strong background in KPI Dashboards development and automation and information systems management, and Good understanding of Supply Chain and key supply chain metrics which need to be tracked for project success

• Strong visualization experience – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports etc.

• Excellent Oral/Written Communication and Stakeholder management Skills

• Self driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Degree in Information Management Systems, Business or Engineering

• Experience (consulting or operational) in Supply Planning, Demand planning, Inventory Management, Capacity planning in small scale NPI Projects

• Coding experience in JavaScript (ES5+ standard)

• Strong design skills in Interaction (User – Reports like navigation, drills, sharing etc.)

• Experience of working in Procurement/Supply Chain/Operations/Manufacturing/Planning roles and

• Map as is processes, create to be processes to deliver productivity, efficiency and quality improvements, including the ability to create BPMN and UML diagrams to document and optimize processes

• Broad based supply chain understanding (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, PLM)
