We’re made up of teams like Marketing, Communications, HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, Project Management and more, and together we form the support network of the entire firm. As part of IFS, we’ll help you develop as you flourish as a vital contributor in providing our colleagues and clients the best possible experience at PwC.

In order to grow this IFS support network to the next level and as part of a global and local Finance Transformation, we have revisited our client onboarding and billing processes, which are now integrated and managed by the Middle Office team. 

The mission statement of the Middle Office is clear: “Excel in optimised internal procedures and drive the client and engagement administration with expertise and know-how to unburden client facing staff and return their focus to building meaningful client relationships, developing new business and delivering qualitative engagements.”

We’re looking for a Middle Office Intern to join the Middle Office (MO) and work from our Brussels office and in close cooperation with your MO colleagues in charge of data and quality.

Your impact

As an MO Intern, you’ll make an impact by:

  • updating and verifying client, supplier and contact information in PwC's client database

  • updating and ensuring consistency of client, job, opportunity, supplier and risk-related data across all PwC systems

  • executing your tasks following task lists, error reports, dashboards, individual requests etc ...

  • responding to incoming requests from internal and external users

  • assisting Data Stewards in large cleansing and data alignment exercises, updating large volumes of data in diverse systems

About you

  • You are preferably pursuing a degree in Office Management (we stay open to master students as well);

  • You are enthusiastic, motivated and a real team player with a passion for people;

  • You have good organisational skills and a hands-on mentality. You are proactive and able to work independently;

  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills;

  • You’re looking for a school internship for at least 3 months as of September 2025.
