About the Role:

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement strategy, ensuring the successful integration of our solutions into our clients' operations. This role is perfect for a versatile engineer who combines technical prowess with outstanding communication skills. You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, tailor our solutions accordingly, and oversee the implementation process from start to finish.

• This role may travel up to 25-35% of the time

Experience:

• Logistics or 3PL Warehousing Experience (2+ years)
• Strong project management experience
• Proficiency in communicating with customers and users, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded

Responsibilities:

• Assist with new customer/site onboarding
• Data review and analysis
• New report configurations based on data set
• Cross functional team engagement 
• Configure report design based on customer specifications 
• Expand usage of AI and data analysis tools with customers
• Communicate new functionality with existing customers

Nice to have: 

• Experience with JSON forms
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Javascript
