What is the opportunity?

As a Manager, T&O Finance Process Optimization and Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in improving our internal processes, enhancing reporting, and leveraging tools to unlock efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and automate report production to eliminate low value-add tasks and free up capacity and provide data insights for timely, relevant, and impactful analysis.

What will you do?

  • Lead the creation / review / update / maintenance of detailed process and desktop procedure documentation including but not limited to month-end accrual, forecast / planning, and management reporting

  • Optimize and standardize workflows by collaborating with internal / extended / cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, simplify or streamline processes and procedures, and implement solutions to accelerate timelines and improve quality

  • Design, centralize, and produce management reporting to create timely, coherent, and insightful financial packages for senior management and business partners

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and data analytics to deliver clear, actional insights for stakeholders

  • Execute system updates including new transits, hierarchy changes, and MIS updates.

  • Address ad-hoc requests appropriately as needed

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Accounting, Finance or other related fields with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance/Data Analytics

  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and other data analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python).

  • Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple data sources

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and building relationships at various organization levels

  • Self-motivated – ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Strong business acumen, problem solving and analytical mindset

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of RBC systems: EPM, MIS/Planview, Apptio, SAP, and FiBRS

  • Experience in process automation

  • Accounting/Finance designation: CPA, CFA or MBA
