The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $125,766 to $157,208

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GenAI Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of generative AI technologies and a proven track record of designing and deploying AI solutions at scale. This role involves working closely with customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive the adoption and implementation of generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and design tailored generative AI solutions.
  • Solution Design: Architect and deploy GenAI-enabled applications using platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, or similar.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in generative AI, providing guidance to technical and business decision-makers.
  • Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, data scientists, and product teams to integrate GenAI services into customer architectures.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and share white papers, blogs, reference implementations, and presentations to promote the use of GenAI services

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, system analysis (or a related study) or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of Ten years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines (e.g., technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development)
  • At least two years of experience of working with data, in data architecture or D&A
  • At least two years of experience of AI/ML solution design and development
  • Translates business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives; documents all AI solution architecture design and analysis work
  • Supports the development and delivery of a data strategy for AI solution training, testing and deployment
  • Creates architectural designs to guide and contextualize AI solution development across products, services, projects and systems, including applications, technologies, processes and information
  • Leads evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of an AI solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies, based on enterprise business strategies, business capabilities, value streams, business requirements and enterprise standards.
  • Develops data management strategies for AI model development, training and deployment
  • Articulates the business impact of AI solutions that translates technical performance into business success metrics
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies
  • Delivers presentation skills to relevant stakeholders and technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has a Utility industry-specific knowledge of business and processes
  • Delivers presentations to senior-level executives
  • Experience working with Sparx EA tool
  • Experience with such AI techniques as natural-language processing (NLP); computer vision; deep learning tools, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow and AI/ML; libraries, such as GitHub and HuggingFace
