Summary: Leverage your accounting knowledge and experience to lead the global financial consolidation in compliance with US GAAP and company policies. As a representative within the Global Accounting team in the Chief Accounting Officer’s organization, this role is a key participant in the identification of opportunities to enhance accurate and efficient financial analysis through analytics driven by automated solutions, M&A integration and finance projects implementation.

The position requires a “hands-on” team player who has strong technical and business acumen and the ability and flexibility to work well in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the global consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations
  • Actively participate in the quarterly review and analysis of consolidated financial statements with focus on leveraging and implementing automated solutions
  • Tax partnering – key team member in supporting legal entity structure, asset transfers, integration of mergers and acquisitions, etc.
  • Provide guidance on global close activities
  • Work with regional and cross functional finance teams, / Treasury and Tax departments
  • Support the company’s compliance with audit and SOX requirements
  • Ensure Business unit and regional compliance with corporate requirements
  • Support implementation of systems

  

Job Specific Knowledge

  • Accounting knowledge with emphasis on consolidations required
  • Analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
  • SAP (ECC and BCS preferred)/Systems knowledge  

Skills:

  • Solid accounting understanding and systems technical background
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well globally with cross functional organizations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or Business

Preferably a CPA, CPA candidate or equivalent

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
