In this role, you will:
Join the Digital Transformation – No-Code Workflow Automation team within Global Operations, where innovation meets execution. We are seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to help lead the next wave of intelligent automation through scalable, no-code solutions.
In this role, you will combine your consulting expertise with emerging technologies to design and implement automation strategies that streamline operations and enhance control environments. You’ll collaborate across business lines to identify opportunities where no-code platforms can simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making.
As part of our innovation agenda, you will also explore the use of approved AI-assisted tools - including large language models (LLMs) - to complement automation efforts. Your work will help shape how these technologies are thoughtfully integrated into our no-code practice and business workflows to support efficiency, insight, and governance.
Lead No-Code Automation & Control Initiatives
- Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable no-code/low-code workflow solutions using platforms such as PowerApps, Alfresco, PEGA, and Camunda.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen control environments.
- Manage the full project lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and change management—ensuring solutions align with compliance and governance standards.
Enhance Automation with Emerging Technologies
- Explore the use of emerging technologies, including AI-assisted tools and large language models (LLMs), to complement no-code automation efforts where appropriate.
- Support the development of prompt strategies and responsible usage guidelines to ensure AI tools are applied in a controlled, value-driven manner within our no-code automation practice
- Monitor advancements in automation and AI to identify practical applications that can improve workflow intelligence and decision support.
Consult, Align, and Standardize
- Act as a strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders, translating operational challenges into actionable no-code automation solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align teams on solution design, implementation plans, and adoption strategies.
- Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide standards for automation governance, control frameworks, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with workflow automation tools (Alfresco, Microsoft PowerApps, PEGA, Camunda)
- 3+ years of business advisory or consulting experience, preferably at a Big 4 consulting firm or financial institution
- Ability to manage end-to-end automation projects – from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and change management
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written presentation skills with experience presenting to senior executives
- Strong understanding of how to structure effective prompts for AI tools, with a focus on responsible and practical use cases
- Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A high performer who is proactive, can quickly solve problems and responds rapidly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organization, planning and prioritization skills
Job Expectations:
- Expect up to 10 % travel
- Must be able to report to the physical location according to the 3/2 hybrid schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00Benefits
