Intelerad’s enterprise application architecture is built on best-in-class platforms such as Salesforce.com for Sales & Marketing, ServiceNow for Customer Service Management, and NetSuite for ERP and financial functions, along with other applications like PlanHat, Jira, and HiBob HRIS. We currently use Power BI for business intelligence and Boomi as our primary middleware integration platform. We are now seeking a visionary leader to establish and implement a comprehensive data integration and analytics strategy to transform our data assets into actionable insights.
Position Summary
The Director of Data and Integration Services will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy that enables better decision-making across all organizational levels. This role will lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of both data integration and analytics capabilities, overseeing a team responsible for integrating our major enterprise applications and other systems in our ecosystem. The successful candidate will manage our Boomi middleware platform and other integration approaches, while also leading the evaluation and implementation of data warehousing, governance, and visualization tools. They will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that provide a 360-degree view of our customers, financial reporting, sales reporting and forecasting, and basic predictive analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise application integration capabilities
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools and technologies for data warehousing, data integration, and business intelligence
- Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools for business users
- Design and implement data integration processes to consolidate information across enterprise applications
- Establish data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
- Build and manage a team of professionals focused on data engineering, analytics, governance, and integration services
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and document data-driven requirements
- Ensure data solutions meet business requirements while maintaining scalability and performance
- Drive data literacy and adoption of analytics solutions across the organization
- Lead and evolve our integration strategy using Boomi middleware and other integration approaches
- Design, implement, and maintain application integration architecture between key systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, PlanHat, Jira, HiBob, etc.)
- Establish best practices for both point-to-point and middleware integration solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in data management, analytics, and integration
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data management, business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise integration roles
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing data strategies and integration solutions
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, BI tools, middleware platforms, and API integration
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions
- Proven track record of successful enterprise system implementations and integrations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI (our current BI tool); familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is beneficial
- Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience implementing customer 360 initiatives
- Experience with Boomi or similar iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and other enterprise applications (PlanHat, Jira, HiBob)
- Knowledge of modern API integration patterns and techniques
- Experience managing software development lifecycle and work demands using Agile processes and tools like Jira
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
